“My son has ASD as well as verbal apraxia. At four he was completely nonverbal, that is, until we found Deirdre. She assured me she would get him talking even when other professionals were not so confident. Within a few weeks my son had words and within months he was speaking in sentences. I could not recommend Deirdre highly enough. She really treats each kid like they are her own. The only downside is that my son progressed so well that we no longer need speech services and now we miss Deirdre. He still talks about her. For anyone with a child with any kind of speech/language delay you could not put your child in better hands. Keep up the good work Deirdre. Well done.”

“My son has two speech therapists. One is through EI and the other is Deirdre. He gets super excited when I tell him that we are going to see Deirdre. He makes much more progress with her in one session than he does with his other therapists (ST, OT, PT). A few months ago, he didn’t have any words and now he is combining 2 words.
